About Us

About My Fear band was formed in autumn 2015 in Dublin.
We’ve worked with each other in different bands before, but were still looking for the right form of artistic expression, right direction.

Life changing moment to all of us was Portishead concert, that inspired us to seek deeper into music, to dig sounds that are touching our deepest emotions.
Since that moment, we took directions towards down tempo. Mixed together with our previous influences like Jazz, trip hop, dub, post rock and neo soul led to regular rehearses and birth of About My Fear.

First band members where Arkadiusz Rogowski -guitar, Mariusz Dujka- keys, Robert Broll- drums, Matej Mardula-trumpet, Bartek Sowa- bass and Monika Lubas- wokal.
Early 2016 band records their first two demo songs called ‘’This is the moment’’ and ‘’ Forgive me’’ and starts playing some gigs around the Dublin. Later the same year Bartek is living AMF and Nicolas is replacing him. Band is recording in Loud Room Studio another three songs around June 2017. Due to personal reasons Mariusz also is leaving AMF and taking his place is Gulio Bona.
Three new songs are released September 2017 and AMF with new crew is set to get in studio to record another three tunes autumn 2017.
